Great! We're glad you like it and will use it. The FAQs are just a reference that will just quickly remind you of what things are in winemaking. (I always have a mental block about Sorbate and Sulfite - even after years of winemaking)

An online, searchable version of a complete glossary is a huge help to me.

If there is something missing of you want to add to something, please let me know.

OMG...... Mind i have now made my carrot wine and well lets just say its going to sit and bulk age for a while.
