1st Drop - Drop x (volume before topping up/volume after topping up).
Subsequent Drops - (Previously modified drop(s) (as above) + subsequent drop) x (volume before subsequent topping up/volume after subsequent topping up).
ummmm... not good at higher math.

          Anyone?

This same old subject has been thrashed about before, it boores me, I'm quite happy with a near estimate, if I wanted 100% accuracy I'd save me pennies and buy one of those things the commertial guy's use.

I tend to agree with you Duff. As long as there's enough alcohol to let the wine 'keep' and it's not too strong, a 'ball park figure' is good enough for me.
