          And as you quite rightly identified Danina the fermivin is the 71B-1122 equivalent, with the ability to metabolise malic acid

              Ah sole, I believe the equivilent is Gervin D white label, which also helps to reduce malic acid during fermentation ? Your geekiness is catching O great one.

                  But thanks, Bob. Got in contact with the ebay person I bought 3 sachets from, and I'm hoping that I can buy directly for a lower price, and in Germany.

                  I miss my Lalvin 71B-1122!!!!

                  I went on the Lallemand website, and it turns out Lalvin = Enoferm..... Their product catalog is not yet available, so..... I guess it's Fermivin til I hear anything new...
