I'm lacking a bit of it right now.

I usually do "themed" wines when I ferment, because I like to try out new combinations.

I'm thinking my next vintage will be themed "Italian Pizza Wine," however, I'm not too sure of my tomato harvest this year.

I'm in a new place, there's not a lot of edibles in the garden, so I'm a bit at a loss.

Foods of the world? (going with the Italian Pizza theme...)

What's French? (I've got Yorkie Wine going again), German? Polish? Monacian (Monte Carlo - but what's there to eat?)? Austrian? Luxemburgian? Scandenavian? Dutch (other than tulips and clogs, I'm not sure what I think of being Dutch)? Belgian (chocolates, diamonds, and truffles are the only things come to my mind).

    I need stereotypes!

        Curries of the world?

There's a load of variations there, and it means you can get QUACK!QUACK!QUACK!QUACK!ed and have supper at the same time. That way you won't have to make a nuisance of yourself at the local take-away after a few bevvies on a Saturday night.

Lychee wine (Chinese) is very good. Not sure how you are going to rack a pizza based wine, let us know how you get on.

                      heres an idea,

                      Cherry's Chocolate Orange.

                      Its not Cherry's, its mine!

Haha! could combine 1 litre orange juice, 1litre grape juice, with about 1 kg cherries, and a spoonfull of chocolate poweder. Top up to a gallon. Not sure what it would turn out like but just an idea of mine
