Brown beetroot?

I have asked this question before but it was hidden in the midst of a longer post.
I have 2 seperate galls of Beetroot on the go both in a dark cupboard but they have both turned brown. (It will be strange drinking brown wine)
Any ideas please, I hope that it will taste OK.

That happened to mine too but didn't seem to make any difference to taste. Once it's clear and shiny the brown colour won't be a problem - think sherry
