First off Niedsteiner is a light body wine so the mouth feel is not like a Chardonnay or Gewurztraminer. This is a delicate table wine. If you feel you need more mouth feel then you could add some glycerin. To do this take a measured amount of wine and slowly add the glycerin keeping track of how much you add each time until you achieve the desired effect. You then can add the right amount to the rest of your wine.

Jay, not sure of this kit you mention, I thought I had done most kit's available on the UK market but have never heard of this one, where did you buy it and at what cost ? the fact can be we get what we pay for, I have done the full run with all the cheap kit's and the only one worth doing is the Magnum Ultimate kit's, other than that go to the mid range Beaverdale, Heron Bay or Wine Art kit's.
Or if you want a simple good quaffing wine as cheap as chips then do the wine # 1 from the tutorials section of the forum.

More than likely a WE kit in your area I had to look this kit up a few weeks ago for a customer and this was the first I had heard about it. From my supplier it is only listed as 0/1/0 Oak /body/Dryness
