    10 days is it too much as i have had elderbery and apple in primary fermenter for 10 days with pulp. ie apples frozen and cut up and some elderberries.still fermenting but will it be ok ie too much tannin.

    You should have racked off fruit/pulp/gross lees and into secondary fermentation vessel by now. Do you know the SG ?
