It's an additional yeast nutrient and obtainable in tablet form from home brew shops, not to be confused by those from a chemist, which will cost about three times as much at least.
However, if you use Tronozymol you shouldn't need the booster B1
It's a "complete" nutrient i.e. not just vit B1 or DAP (diammonium phosphate).
I'm guessing that it's actually got all sorts of stuff in it i.e. both of the above, plus stuff like yeast hulls etc.
As Jan says, it's very good.
It's not the only one though. You might still find some "Minavit", but that was a Gervin product so as they've gone bust.....
The one that Bob mentioned that Brouwland sell, I think it's called "Vitamon" or something like that, is, apparently, very good.
Or if you can track it down (the "Nashwoodwinery" shop on ebay) the "oft mentioned" and excellent (IMO) Fermaid-K from Lalvin, as well as Go-Ferm which is for "starting" yeasts and seems to be equally good.
