I take it you mean these? EZ Caps

I can't see a problem using them as long as they're properly santised and you make sure that the rubber seals don't perish from prolonged use. It's easy enough to find new rubbers for them on t'internet or your local HBS

I use recycled grolsh style bottles for beer and have had no problems so far... (famous last words!)

no there on ebay .you put fruit juice in a 2ltr bottle use the e-z cap and it makes it into wine
