How is the acid expressed with that test kit Zeb?

            as tartaric or sulphuric

I have Tesco pure white pressed grape juice at SG 1.068 and acid at 7 g/l (expressed as Tartaric)

for conversion between the two see page 2 of this guide

Morrison's Pressed white grape juice SG 1.064 Acid 7 g/l (expressed as tartaric)
Tesco Value Pure apple juice (from concentrate) SG 1.044 acid 5 g/l (expressed as tartaric)
Tesco Cranberry Juice drink SG 1.044 Acid 6 g/l (expressed as tartaric)
Marks and Spencer Cranberry Juice drink SG 1.052 Acid 7 g/l (expressed as tartaric)

as a side note...I dont seem to be able to find pure cranberry juice any more, I'm sure it used to be available...

keep adding drops until colour change.
