Busy weekend!

Woodbridge Cab Sauv racked, topped up and put away for bulk ageing. Ciliguilio racked, put some into dj's and bottled a gallon. Started a California Trinity White kit off as well as a Beaverdale Sauv Blanc. Racked a batch of Lychee, might filter and bottle it later. Entries for the NAWB show sorted and labeled, entry form for Donny posted and sorted the first 8 entries out while I was at it. Phew........

You've been a busy boy, Richard!

I did a bit of racking, bottling, and sorting myself over the weekend. Also went through all of the inventory in my crawlspace and found that 8 crates were completely empty.

Time to get crackin' and make more wine!
