racking
can any one help please. when racking your wine do you need to add a campden tablet evry time.

ONLY if it's finished fermenting! If racking to get off the lees and it's still going, then adding sulphite will hinder the fermentation process.Comment

i gotya so maybe only on second racking if your not sure the wine has finished.Comment
