Ahh... that's what we refer to as a Flextank on this side of the Atlantic. And yes, some commercial wineries use them not only for fermenting, but for bulk aging.

oh for the space, had a couple of returns with no paper work. Ah well lost chances of around 1200+ bottles of something nice, should keep the house happy for a year or so.

I have about 200 bottled or waiting to be bottled but none aged to the drinking stage. If all you guys weren't so far away I would certainly offer my services in bringing your wine surpluses under control.
