I left a chempro oxi solution in the bottom of a demi and a betterbottle; now they have a hard residue that I cant seem to shift. Any similar findings and solutions?

I would Add enough water to cover the stain then take 1tsp per liter of white vinegar and mix that in it should lift a calcium type of stain which this sounds like.http://www.winensuds.com/

Like Robert says, or I've found that a reasonably strong mix of citric acid seems to work as well (vinegar didn't), when I was cleaning a couple of 1/2 gallon Dj's the other week!
