  • Wine Finings ?

    hi. yes me again.
I noticed that on my wine kit it said aggitate at least 6 times over the first 24 hours then leave to settle.
    but!!
On my young's wine finings A/B pack it says add a then leave for 1 hour then add b stir gently again and then leave to clear. any one suggest following this to the letter or would aggitating it be better or worse?

Agitating is for degassing purposes...do this first...

then add the finings and stir them gently in
