Doing a trawl of e-bay when I encountered this item.

CONCENTRATED GERMAN WHITE GRAPE SACHET TREATS 5 GALLONS

Could somebody explain what this contains? I've had a search, but cannot find the item listed elsewhere. There are a few other varieties being offered. would i be right in thinking these may be items out of broken down kits?
