  • Rosé recipe.

    Hi folks

Im looking to make my first Rosé wine, does anyone have a fairly simple recipe for a still, dry Rosé? Something along the lines of the No1 recipe?

    Thanks

    Wine number 2?
If not look at my post regarding Youngs Grape Juice/concentrate. That makes a nice bottle.

      Or:

Wine No.1, but use Welch's Purple Grape juice instead of White Grape juice.

Welch's? Great - a lightweight rosé. I added a little more citric acid than standard, but then again I seem to like my wines a bit more acidic than most.

Potassium Sorbate was listed on the carton, so I got the fermentation going minus the Welch's, then added it over two days. It didn't seem to affect it - a very vigorous fermentation
