  • Kit wines and sulphite?

Sorry for all the questions today...

Just starting a Beaverdale kit and in the instructions it doesn't mention sulphite. Should I sulphite at the start?

The one thing it does state is to add stabiliser, but this isn't until it's cleared so I'm assuming this is Sorbate. But I then can't see that it says to add sulphite at the same time and the packet is only labeled stabiliser.

I do wish they'd call them by the proper names, but perhaps I'm too mis-trusting of instructions.

The stabiliser is a mix of sulphite & sorbate to add at the end, no need to sulphite at the start as the juice has been pasteurised

The Beaverdale instructions are simple yet solid, don't deviate from them and don't worry.
