Tannin?

Hi guys, quick question.

I'm new to winemaking and I was a bit over-keen to get started today. So got the ingredients to start a No.1 wine from your tutorial section. Well i ended up coming home with the wrong fruit juices, I picked up 2 red grape and one white grape.

Well I wasn't going back out so I decided to go with 1ltr red and 1ltr white grape. the rest of the recipe was as for recipe No.1.

So, my question is, will I need any tannin in this?

Wine No 1 requires no tannin additions....


the origional recipe calls for white grape juice and apple juice, but you could use 1 litre red and 1 litre white instead...it will still be ok....not quite as good but still perfectly drinkeable
