why is wine #1 not stabilised ? is it because its dry and theres going to be no extra sugars?

im going to experiment with a few of the bottles once im that far. i was going to back sweeten one with a sugar solution, back sweeten one with red grape , the same with one using white grape and sup one and leave one standard to age a little..

im going to experiment by adding the sugars or juices just before drinking but if i decided i liked one that contained sugar and decided to do a gallon batch would i then stabilise..

your right. It's meant to be dry, if you want to add something to sweeten it you'll need to stabilise it.
With Grape flavour comes grape responsibility
