iv been reading through the method for #2. when it gets to the de gassing and stabilising stage it states to leave for 24 hours for the sorbate to evenly distribute itself. ( iv just done this on one of my wines) not a #2 but similar.
after this 24 hour period i will sweeten the wine, now do i have to add another campden or is the one the preveous day going to still be working ?
