    Has anyone done anything with cowslips? Either as an ingredient or as a pure wine.

    I did some years ago, using dried flowers and a CJJ Berry recipe. Like all his recipes, it was very sweet; but quite pleasant.

      Wine No 1 with small amount of cowslips added at SG 1.010 will likely produce the best results
