I have the Californian Fume Blanc which has only been bulk ageing for 10 weeks so it is too early to pass proper judgement but I am pleased enough to want to try one of their red kits.
The kit came with 16 litres of concentrate and all the usual finings, oak, pot met sachets and an instruction method no different to the Kenridge and Selection kits I've done previously.
Once the wine has reached the 6 month mark I shall bottle some of it and will sample it then and make comment.
Celebration del Mondo kits are from a manufacturer called Advintage. I have not made any of the CdelM kits but would expect them to be decent because of their size.
Unfortunately I have heard some negatives about Advintage so I think of them as lesser than Winexpert (Selection), and Vineco (KenRidge).
