    hey chaps....

i started a pear wine last week and im just waiting for it to ferment out to an appropriate dry wine so i can re sweeten. so i found in our local shop a 100% pear concentrate (meridian brand) and i was wondering if i can re sweeten with this (as long as i do the usual sulphite marlarky)????

    what do you recon???

    cheers in advance...

I'm thinking sweetening with pear juice may cause cloudiness.......

I would use a sugar solution, or grape juice to sweeten.

Are you trying to make perry or pear wine?

            No

A perry is a sparkling pear cider
