    well ...

    i have been to the land of cider and cheese (cheddar gorge) today and picked meself up enough cider to sink a west country ship and enough cheese to make the cow's jealous!

    so has anyone have any information on applejack???

    Traditional apple jack is 'jacked up' by freezing. Freeze it and remove some of the water content which will freeze before the alcohol content. Skim it off. Or use pop bottles, once freezen invert and thaw. Leave some of the ice in the bottle. Test lots. Enjoy.
