Grape ideas?

Been given a mixture of white and red grapes.about 3lbs.
Any ideas for a mix to make up to a gallon?This has been posted on the other side but thought i may get a second opinion

I would make a wine No 1 and add the white grape juice after crushing and pressing the white grapes (no pulp in ferment)


then make a wine No2 and add the crushed red grapes crushed, and add all the pulp

then "perhaps" do a blend at the end

3lb grapes is a long way short of the amount ()approx 14lbs) you need for a gallon

Thats the way i was heading bob ,an easy white with extra raisins was just after a few ideas.
