    I have just this years regent outside for cold stab. Is it too cold perhaps?
    Gluten free, caffeine free, dairy free, fat free – you gotta love this red wine diet!

    How cold is it?

    I cold stabilise in an unheated garage. If it gets any colder than -7C (19F) then I bring the carboys inside. Haven't had any frozen wines or broken carboys in 11 years.
