    I have just started toasting my oak chips when the phone rang.

    The kitchen is now thick with blue - ooeer. All windows are open.

    I recall saying to someone, that a oven wouldn't get hot enough to char oak - well I got very very close. So maybe you can!!

    I think I saved them just in time !!! oooer.

    For a minute there I thought we were going to be getting a guide to smoking your own meat, though that might have more to do with my current bacon sandwich. Glad your chips didn't ignite.
