    I would keep an eye on the bottles if I were you. Bottling so soon after fermentation may mean that either a) Fermentation may restart in the bottle - particularly as it is medium sweet b) A further sediment may well drop and cloud your wine or c) Nothing at all and all will be fine.
    I hope for c) but watch out for a). Of course if you plan to drink in the near future then it may not matter.

      I did leave it best part of a week after I thought it had stopped, so I'm hoping for C too.
      At least one of those bottles will be opened at Christmas, which is fairly soon. I've already noticed a little sediment in one, but that was me trying to get more out of the demijohn than I should have. I'll pour it carefully
