I have a batch of apple wine which is showing no sign of clearing on it's own. I suspect pectin as I simmered the must as per Jack Kellers recipe (I now realise this may not be the best method but I've done it now).
I added pectolase at the start.
So how would you suggest trying to clear?
I have kwik clear, bentonite and pectolase. And time as it needs a year to age anyway.
Can I try them together or 1 at a time?
