one i made earlyer
1lt white grape juice
1lt pinapple juice
1/2 tsp citric acid
1/2 tsp yeast nutrient
1/2 tsp of pectolase
850g of sugar
1tsp of gervin gv1
will it work i just dont know was thinking of adding some tannin but not sure it needed it with the pinapple

I think you'll be fine with that recipe and no need for tannin. It's basically a WN1 with pineapple and a touch less acid. Never done it myself but have a 1l WGJ, 1l Apple and 1l pineapple just finished and I really like it. It needed finnings and I may take the edge off with a touch of sugar when drinking but first impressions are very promissing... I might bump your pectolase up a bit to try avoid needing the finnings... (though you may still end up needing them!)

I've made one like this- I used Morrisons 'Pineapple with a twist of lime' juice. Gave it a nice tang.
