First 15lt fermenter

Hi All
I got a 15Lt water bottle today and I would like some recipes for juice based wines.
I like Whites and rose but not full reds, I know I'm a wine pleb but thats me.
Have done a white kit, tea and grape juice, Prune and grape juice, WOW and a mixed berry.
I fancy a blackcurrant any one any suggestions.
