Just bought a copy of CJJ Berry's 1st steps in winemaking and I was intrigued when I came across the tea wine recipe. It calls for 4 teaspoons of tea, sugar citrus etc. Has anyone tried it or something similar if so what's it like?! I was thinking of trying it but with a litre of peach juice and reducing the sugar to match. Does this sound sensible?!
