    There is a limit when the solution will become saturated and no more sugar will dissolve into solution. At 50 C it’s about 2 kg sugar to 1 litre of water. Sort of like when you've just poured boiling water onto cold sugar it will be about 50c. Higher temperatures will allow more sugar to dissolve. Its equal parts by weight sugar to water at 25 C. Oh! One does has ones science head on today.
    Life would be better if I could brew it as fast as we drink it!
