    I have had some maaaaarvelous success freezing, thawing a then pressing apples. The juice is just fabulously clear. It also make really good wine - well it will when it stops fermenting.

    Would it work with parsnips?
    Gluten free, caffeine free, dairy free, fat free – you gotta love this red wine diet!

    Yes to parsnips but also excellent with onion, beetroot, sprout.....

    I see the coffee wine thread has got you thinking
