    i made a gallon of wine from this grape in 2005 & it still tastes like sulphuric acid now!! any quick clues??

    Im guessing the grapes were harvested too early and so the acidity is too high

    is the wine better sweetened?

    where did the grapes come from

    did you harvest them?

    how did you decide it as time to harvest?

    what colour were the seeds?

    how did the grapes taste?



    have you tried reducing the acidity?

    look in the tutorial section under cold stabilisation for details of how to do that
