I have had a play around with dry wines from 'juice drink' juices (where there is about 20% mixed juices and the rest is water) and have had limited success.
I have tried various volumes of apple/ grape juice combinations with the juice drink added and not yet reached a good formula that I am happy with. Either generally not tasting very good or taking a bit too long to age... (for juice whites anyway).
Does anyone have a decent formula for grape/ apple/ juice drink dry whites?
