Wine No1 Recipe

I plan on making a 5 gallon must but have little knowledge with wine additives.

I've multiplied the origonal ingredients for a 1 gallon must by five and am not sure the ratio is correct.

5 litres supermarket apple juice
5 litres supermarket pressed grape
7.5 lbs of sugar ( will test the SG with a hydrometer )
5 Tsp yeast nutrient ( tronozymol )
5 Tsp citric acid
1 Pkt Lavlin K1V-1116 yeast

If everything is ok, i'll get the supplies as quick as possible.

I'd say everything is fine except the nutrient. I doubt you'll need that much but it will tell you how much to use on the packet/ tube / bottle.
