my beaverdale merlot should be done next week.
it will be going in 5 litre demijohns.
for at least 3 months,
it will go through a harris wine filter first.
should I add a Camden tablet in each demi jon.
or just leave it,

I'm assuming done means finished fermenting? I wouldn't bother filtering prior to bulk ageing as you will get a layer of sediment drop out even after filtering! Trust me, I've been there and done it Leave to bulk age and then filter prior to bottling.

If you add the sodium metabisulphite that comes with the kit you will not need to add a campden tablet. You could add one just prior to filtering and bottling in a few months time.
