summer fruits/mixed fruits wine recipe

hi there,
..apologies in advance if there's a similar topic already, searched but could not find anything..
noticed tesco's selling 500g bags of frozen mixed berries for £1.70 and £2 a bag.
bag of "Summer Fruits" contain: Blackberry (40%), Raspberry (25%), Blackcurrant (25%), Redcurrant (10%);
bag of "Mixed Fruits" contain: Blackberry (25%), Cherry (25%), Strawberry (20%), Raspberry (10%), Redcurrant (10%), Blackcurrant (10%);
anyone made anything from these? share a recipe ?

I added a bag to 4l red grape juice with usual additives (no acid), sugar to 1.080 etc...

It took over a year to mature and was heavy on the acid when it did. If I did that one again I might use 2l of grape instead of 4. No acid again.

Better still try something along the lines of a late addition but that depends on how advanced you want to be...
