Been in the same boat as you Bob for nearly 6 years I think now, especially down with us at least.
Still not got a decent substitute, 250g/ml concentrate will do the trick but Jesus that's expensive stuff.
If anyone's come up with a good substitute please do say, especially one that doesn't require pulp ferment.
