    I hope you expert guys can help me out here, I started a batch of rice n raisin ten days ago sg was 1100, according to CJJ Berry's book I should leave in primary fermenter for 3 weeks, gravity now reads 1010 after ten days, should I get this to d/j with airlock now or just leave it and follow the book, thanks in advance.

    At 1.010 I would go to glass

    the time given in recipes are just guidelines

    trust your hydrometer

    (I still have a sore head from monday!)

        Transfered to d/j with a little nutrient, a little taster brought a big smile , a good night hug and to the cellar heatmat it goes, thanks..
