    If you have any doubts then just double the dose of pectiolase (add it even if ferment has started)


    I have some 05 plum, that I fought with for months trying to get it clear, it just refused......so I drank it

    I entered some in a competition and got a bronze medal, it tasted divine, just wasnt clear.

      Well done for the medal! I had some ginger and lemon that didnt clear so I drank it anyway, didnt seem to take anything away from the taste. Will presevere for a while longer with the plum as I think thats worth the bother!
