      I have just had my first stuck ferment. My tinned blackberry stuck at 1020 when I transfered it to the secondary and I couldn't get it re-started. The yeast I used was Youngs (in a tub) and till now I have had no problems with it. Looks like investing in some pedigree yeasts pronto!

      BTW - The mouthwash (blackberry) went down the sink.
