Help with sloe wine

I washed and destalked and removed the leaves from 10lbs sloes last night!!!
Ha Ha...forgot about the swear filter!!

I'm planning to make some sloe wine over the next day or two using the recipe on here.
However, I dont know what the procedure is. Do I soak them, ***** them, mash them, please bear in mind I'm fairly new to all this
