    Would the addition of glycerine make the wine 'soapy'? I don't mean the taste, but when shaking the DJ it foamed like washing-up liquid. I can't believe it is all CO2, and it held the bubbles for a minute or so.

    I don't have an answer for you, but I was thinking the exact same thing about sorbate.

      No glycerene is a fab wine addition and shouldnt make the wine foam...that is most likely CO2
