I am sure you will like the sweeter lower alcohol wine on a nice hot summers day! Be sure to line up all those friends for that special day next summer when it happens and you need a cool down.

The gods must be praised when they bless the UK with that one hot day every year.

Is it too late to do one now in time for Christmas?

No Jak, they take 3-4 weeks and are drinkable straight after bottling.
(Or in Aqua's case straight from the demijohn).
