Finally got round to putting this kit on. The yeast included was Red Star Premier Cuvee (or something like that). The previous WineExpert kits that I have made all included Lalvin yeasts. The 2 packs of French oak were added, I was tempted to add more but as this is the first time I have made this kit I decided not to. It smells fantastic, come on yeasties, do your stuff.
