hi i just had some wine kits delivered a beaverdale barolo red and a califonian white .
i just looked at the instructions and it says nothing about adding sugar .

Beaverdale kits are really easy to make. Basically, sanitise everything well, then Just Add Water.

The Barolo comes out really well. It is drinkable almost straight away, but gets better over time. Have a look in the Kit Review section for more info.

I don't know about Beaverdale, but a couple of the cheap kits I've tried, the instructions are vague as hell.
