    Anyone else working this kit?

    I bought it. Hopefully it's a goody.

    Jojo;

    I did the very early version of this kit. It was the 2001 Limited Edition. Now, 5 years down the road, i onloy have one bottle left, and each on was a treasure.

    I think I will open the last one tomorrow to share with someone special.

      Pat -

      I was undecided at the brew store the other day. It was between this one and a cabernet. The store owner said this one gets few words but goes fast at parties. I can't wait to get it started.

        I am sure you won't be disapointed.

        Just try to keep asome for a few years, and I am sure you will be very pleased.

        This one is delicately oaked, so if you tend towards heavy oak, you may want to add an ounce of beans in the carboy.

          I dig light oak. We had a La Terre Merlot the other day at a place in Boulder that was awesome.
